Why we're building this
American consumers now complete more physical service transactions per year than ever — returns from online orders, packages sent and received, notarized documents, fingerprinting appointments, passport renewals, print jobs, shredding drop-offs, business filings, and dozens of other essential errands. But the retail infrastructure serving those transactions hasn't been redesigned in decades. Customers still drive to a mailbox store for one thing, a shipping counter for another, a notary office for a third, and an office-supply store for a fourth — often in the same afternoon.
Parcel Pointe is a purpose-built consolidation of that fragmented experience. Every service we offer is engineered to be delivered from a small-footprint drive-through building on the parking lot of an existing retail center — attended, fast, and priced with transparent, published rates. The design is deliberate: it lets us open where our customers already are, respects their time, and holds every location to a consistent standard.
How we're building it
We operate corporate-owned locations only at launch, not a franchise system. That decision reflects our belief that the drive-through consumer services category is new enough — and the operating model disciplined enough — that consistency at every site matters more than distribution speed. Every location runs on the same platform, the same customer app, and the same service standards.
Our first location is a modular structure clad to the standard of ground-up construction, designed to be indistinguishable from permanent building and fully reversible on 90-day notice. That combination — serious construction quality plus low landlord risk — is what makes Parcel Pointe workable for the kind of established retail centers we want to co-locate with.
